Stephanie Urbina Jones & Jeremy Pajer
Jeremy and Stephanie are committed to helping individuals discover themselves, heal, and grow. They empower those seeking a life of personal freedom, passion, and purpose.
Stephanie and Jeremy have spent over 45 years in combined pursuit of their personal freedom. They have studied, prayed, worked hard, and explored different paths to heal and create a life filled with humility, passion, and purpose.
Throughout their lives, they have encountered various challenges and obstacles but have persevered by turning over every stone on the road and in their hearts.
Having undergone a personal journey of healing and continuous transformation, they were inspired to share their experiences and uplift others who are on the path of wellness and higher consciousness.
They are driven by a deep sense of purpose to serve as compassionate guides, witnesses, and teachers for those seeking to heal and find their own passion, purpose, and transformation on their life journey. Through their years of experience in the healing profession, they have discovered that these modalities and tools are some of the most powerful for promoting mind, body, and spirit healing and growth.
Jeremy and Stephanie are on a mission to spread the light of their powerful healing ways and transformational journeys to the world, enlightening and uplifting all those who seek it.
Stephanie Urbina Jones

Stephanie Urbina Jones is a powerful dreamer and artist of life. Once this shamama sets her intent on something, she almost always brings it to life and has fun doing it. She is a visionary seer and regularly walks between the worlds. She considers this normal and believes she has an army of Mexican angels (led by her Abuelita Virginia) that guides and guards her life and career.
Jeremy Pajer
Co-Founder and Master of Transformation
Jeremy Pajer is truly a master of transformation and a leader in the field of personal freedom. He has spent 20+ years dedicating his life to spiritual growth and the healing arts. He has a practical, down-to-earth, fun, and loving approach to transformation and helping people embrace their humanity.
Reverend Annie Mark
Co-Creator & Facilitator: Ministerial Training
Rev. Annie Mark is a best-selling author, Interfaith and Shamanic Minister, Wedding Officiant, Master Ceremonialist, Certified Contemplative Musician, Shamanic Breathwork Master Facilitator, Singer-Songwriter, Harpist, Guitarist, and performing and recording artist.
Annie is a Co-Creator and Co-Teacher of Freedom Folk and Soul’s Experiential Ministerial Training program. She was also a contributing author to the Amazon bestseller “Shaman Heart – Turning Pain into Passion and Purpose.”
Ruth Souther
Co-Creator & Facilitator: Alchemy: A New Earth Priestess Mystery School
Ruth Souther has practiced in the Metaphysical & Natural arts for 35 years. She is a Master Facilitator, Master Reiki Practitioner, Hypnotherapist, Ritualist, and Minister. She co-facilitates with Stephanie Urbina Jones Alchemy: A New Earth Priestess Mystery School.
Sherrie Phillips-Guzman
Co-Facilitator
Sherrie Phillips-Guzman was the first to bring Freedom Folk and Soul’s Toltec Sacred Journey Breathwork to California, and she has been a portal to many community members. She has participated in the Toltec Medicine Wheel of Transformation and has apprenticed, and she is now Master Apprenticing and Guest Teaching in Teotihuacan, Mexico. She has also led co-led a spiritual journey to Oaxaca, Mexico with Freedom Folk and Soul.
Sujata (Jennifer) Redden
Sujata Redden: Renaissance woman, guide, & Executive Assistant for Freedom Folk & Soul. 25-yr yoga teacher, BFA artist, certified coach, Reiki practitioner, and breathwork facilitator. She offers intuitive wisdom & embodied presence to support human transformation and awakening.
