Sujata (Jennifer) Redden Bio
Sujata (Jennifer) Redden is a renaissance woman whose life is devoted to creativity, embodiment, and the sacred journey of human transformation. A multidimensional guide with a deep love for beauty, art, nature, and the mystical realms, she brings a rare combination of grounded presence and intuitive wisdom to all of her work. Her passion lies in supporting the aliveness and evolution of the human spirit—honoring its intrinsic connection to all beings, the Earth, and the greater cosmos.
Sujata holds a BFA in Visual Arts from the California College of Arts & Crafts, where her focus in sculpture expanded into fiber arts, sustainable and green building, and Permaculture. Her artistic lens continues to inform her understanding of the world as an interconnected, living system. Over the past decade, she has specialized in supporting young children and families as a preschool teacher and caregiver, offering a nurturing presence rooted in compassion, creativity, and developmental sensitivity.
A lifelong practitioner of the healing and spiritual arts, Sujata is a Feminine Power Certified Transformational Coach, a Personal Freedom Coach, and a certified Level 1 Reiki practitioner. As a yoga teacher for the past 25 years, she has cultivated a deep relationship with the body as a gateway to healing and awakening, guiding others into embodied presence, resilience, and self-awareness. Her spiritual studies span many esoteric paths, including Tibetan Tantric Buddhism, mystical Kabbalah, and other traditions that illuminate the inner landscape of transformation.
Sujata is also an ordained Minister of the Healing Arts and a transformational facilitator with a particular gift for holding spaces where authenticity, liberation, and healing can unfold. She is a certified Toltec Sacred Journey Breathwork Facilitator through Freedom Folk and Soul, where she supports participants in accessing deep personal insight, emotional release, and spiritual renewal through breath-centered practices.
In addition to her facilitation work, Sujata serves as a dedicated staff member and the Executive Assistant for Freedom Folk and Soul. Her devotion to the mission of the organization is evident in everything she does—whether she is supporting operations, guiding transformational experiences, or offering her steady presence to community members navigating their healing journeys. Sujata loves being in service to those seeking awakening, freedom, and inner transformation, and she brings a heartfelt commitment to every individual who crosses her path.
Guided by intuition, service, and a deep reverence for the sacred, Sujata follows where her heart leads. Her life is a living expression of devotion—to healing, to beauty, to possibility, and to the awakening of the human spirit. Through her work at Freedom Folk and Soul, she continues to share her gifts with compassion, creativity, and a profound belief in the potential of every soul to rise, transform, and come fully alive.
