In a time when the role of men is being redefined, questioned, and often misunderstood, we invite you to step away from the chaos of modern life and into the sacred landscape of Teotihuacan, Mexico — a place of ancient power and transformation.

“The Warrior’s Return” is a seven-day immersive journey guided by master teacher, and Toltec wisdom keeper  Jeremy Pajer and spiritual leader, elder and therapist Glenn Schuster. This sacred pilgrimage is designed for men ready to reclaim their power, confront internal and external obstacles, and return home changed — more grounded, more clear, and more connected.

Set among the awe-inspiring pyramids of Teotihuacan, once known as the “City Where Men Become Gods,” this journey draws from ancient Toltec teachings as shared by Don Miguel Ruiz, Native American wisdom, traditional trauma-informed practices, and the deep spiritual principles of the 12-step path.

This is not a retreat. This is a rite of passage.

Each man will walk through the sacred temples and ceremonial grounds not as a tourist — but as a seeker, a brother, a warrior. The experience is structured to break through personal limitations, dismantle old stories, and allow space for emotional healing and spiritual activation.

As part of this transformative experience, participants will also take part in a powerful firewalk ceremony — a profound ritual of courage and inner mastery. Walking across fire becomes a living metaphor for moving through fear and reclaiming your power.

We will also journey into the mountains of Mexico to the sacred hot springs of Las Grutas Tolantongo, where healing waters, ancient caves, and breathtaking landscapes offer deep restoration and connection with the natural world.

Through daily teachings, guided ceremonies, sweat lodge rituals, integration circles, and personal reflection, we will journey inward to reclaim what has been forgotten or lost — our truth, our voice, our sacred masculine essence.

This is a sacred container. You’ll be held in the presence of wise guides and a community of committed men walking alongside you — not above or below you.

You do not need to have all the answers. You only need the courage to show up

What Each Participant Will Walk Away With:

  • A renewed sense of inner power and clarity about your path as a man.

  • Tools for emotional regulation and healing, rooted in trauma-informed practices.

  • A deeper connection to sacred masculine energy through Toltec and Native wisdom.

  • Integration of spiritual principles from the 12-step tradition into daily life.

  • A brotherhood of men who’ve walked the fire with you — a tribe for life.

  • A personal, embodied experience of the power of ancient ceremony and ritual — including breathwork, firewalking, sweat lodge and immersion in sacred hot springs.

Lodging for this journey:

The Dreaming House

The Dreaming House sits on the sacred grounds of Teotihuacan, a sanctuary where every stone breathes intention. Carved statues and hand-carved altar pieces punctuate courtyards and corridors, inviting reverence and reflection. A striking fluorite-line labyrinth and a small ceremonial pyramid offer places for walking meditation and private initiation. The main meeting space, dedicated to Guadalupe, is resplendent with full murals that glow with color and devotion. Each guest room carries its own distinct energy and theme—art-filled, lovingly appointed, and designed to support inner work and rest. The entire center was conceived for spiritual retreats and healing: altars, textiles, and sculptures are positioned with care; light and shadow are used as medicine; every pathway feels purposeful. Hosts and staff move through the center with warm hospitality, treating guests like family. The owners, dear friends of the work, infuse the place with generosity and deep ceremony, holding each group in safety and intimacy. Whether sitting quietly in a courtyard, engaging in medicine practices, or sharing circle, participants will feel held by the place itself—its histories, its artisanship, and its steady, sacred presence. The Dreaming House is not just lodging; it is a living temple. It invites deep dreaming, renewal, and soulful belonging.

Meals:

All-inclusive for the journey

Every meal at The Dreaming House is crafted with love and rooted in local flavors and intention. Fresh, seasonal ingredients are transformed into nourishing dishes that honor dietary needs—vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and more. Expect soulful, delicious food that supports healing, grounding, deep communal connection around the table, and joy.

Flights:

This is a very easy journey in terms of logistics. You will be flying in and out of Mexico City (MEX).  There will be a meeting place right outside customs when you come through the door.  You will then be transported directly to the Dreaming House with the group around 4pm. On departure we will all travel back to airport together to check in to our return flight.

When booking your flights you will need to arrive to Mexico City before 3:30-4pm. On departure you want to book your flight leaving after 1pm.

There will only be one transport from and to the Dreaming House. Depending on arrival or departure times you may need to spend some time in airport.

If you book a flight outside of these parameters it is okay but you will personally be responsible for transport fee $75-100 (we do start at 6pm that first night) lastly if you book an 7am flight home you will be driving through Mexico City at 4am and I don’t recommend this.
