A minimum of 20 participants is required for this journey. Please be aware that if the number of travelers participating in the Nepal portion is lower than anticipated, an additional fee of up to $650 USD per person may be required to offset group travel expenses.
Given the current uncertainties in both local and international markets, Prices provided in this document are subject to change due to possible fluctuations, which may be unavoidable, in the purchasing costs of all products required for the execution of the program from our various suppliers. If necessary, we will update the prices in due time.
All rates provided today remain subject to potential increases in fuel prices, government taxes, VAT, tolls, hotels, boats and other fees before the group's arrival. In the event of increases, the prices in this quotation will be revised accordingly, changes will be communicated promptly for approval. Deposit and Late Payment Policy
Deposit Policy: The $1500.00 deposit is generally non-refundable, except on an exceptional, case-by-case basis may be applied to another offering. It will be fully refunded only if we cancel the trip for any reason.
Late Payments: If the final payment is one week late without prior arrangements, a late fee of $100.00 may be assessed. We reserve the right to cancel enrollment without a refund if the final payment is not completed two weeks after the due date.
