RECREATING THE STORY OF YOUR LIFE
Dream Mastery, A 6-7 week Modern-day Sacred theater via Zoom

For thousands of years, healing was communal and expressive. In this journey, participants explore the stories that shaped their identity—wounds, beliefs, and unspoken agreements—and consciously rewrite them. Through reflection, group witnessing, and symbolic expression, pain becomes wisdom and old narratives transform into healing truth.

For thousands of years, healing was understood as a communal, emotional, and spiritual process.
In ancient Greece, those who were suffering were often brought to the theater as part of their healing. They witnessed tragedies, comedies, and dramas, believing that fully experiencing the spectrum of human emotion—grief, heartbreak, laughter, and joy—allowed the soul to release what the body could not. Healing came through expression, reflection, and being witnessed.
The Journey
Each of us lives inside a story—shaped by experiences, beliefs, heartbreak, and unspoken agreements about who we are, what we deserve, and what is possible for us.
Together, we will explore the narrative each participant has lived within:
• The tragedy and the triumph
• The wounds and the wisdom
• The beliefs that have shaped identity and perception
We begin with awareness:
What is the story that has defined you?
What agreements have you made about yourself and your worth?
How has this story become the lens through which you experience life?
Through guided teachings, group sharing, and Toltec wisdom around agreements and beliefs, participants are invited to bring light to what has been held in the shadows. Shame, trauma, and unhealed wounds often persist because we believe we are alone—broken, different, or unseen.
Healing begins when we are witnessed and remember that we are not alone.
From Story to Transformation
As the weeks progress, participants consciously rewrite their narrative—transforming:
• Pain into passion
• Wounds into wisdom
• Trauma into insight
• Old stories into empowered, healing truths
This journey culminates in a personal theatrical expression—a symbolic sharing of the story that has been lived and the new story that is emerging. Tears, laughter, grief, and joy are all welcome. This is the medicine.
