In this 3-hour ceremonial experience, we will gather in sacred space to explore:

What you will need
Journal , Eye mask or scarf, Comfortable clothing, Blanket and Pillow, Water bottle, and anything else you need to take care of yourself.
Optional Yoga mat or some kind of mat to lay on the floor for the breathwork journey. A few extra blankets work. You will be making a pallet on floor , we do have some extra stuff but not enough for everyone, Camping mats work also just nothing to big. You may also just choose to breath in your chair.
If you are sensitive to load music or sounds you may want to bring some ear plugs.
Jeremy Pajer is truly a master of transformation and a leader in the field of personal freedom. He has spent 20+ years dedicating his life to spiritual growth and the healing arts.
