Join us for Freedom Folk and Soul Day at Casa Del Rio in Madison, TN (just minutes outside Nashville) for a full, deep-dive day of healing, breathing, creating, singing, and connecting with our tribe at Freedom Folk and Soul. The day will be led by Jeremy Pajer & Stephanie Urbina Jones, who bring a combined 40 years of studying, teaching, and ceremony in the healing arts. We’re excited to bring together some of our favorite and most powerful experiences into a full-day ceremony of transformation and fun.

The day begins at 9:00 AM with Toltec Teachings and Toltec Sacred Journey Breathwork, followed by an afternoon Native American Sweat Lodge.

Toltec Sacred Journey Breathwork

Spiritually journey in the same way Toltec shamans have for centuries—entraining your consciousness to the rhythms of drums, rattles, and music through the power of the breath. Like traveling to sacred places, this practice helps you access altered states of awareness and awaken your inner soul wisdom.

Breathwork can help resolve trauma, shift limiting thought patterns, and reconnect you with your wild, creative heart. It is a deeply experiential and transformative process that empowers you to remember and reclaim your inner healer. As old wounds and patterns release, individuals often retrieve lost soul parts and reconnect with the truth of who they are.

This modality blends ancient wisdom with emerging teachings, creating a bridge between worlds and restoring balance to body, mind, heart, and spirit.

Native American Sweat Lodge (Inipi)

Co-founder Jeremy Pajer has been adopted into the Lakota tribe and carries the sacred initiation of the inipi, or Native American Sweat Lodge. Sweat lodge ceremonies are used for giving thanks, seeking healing, finding wisdom, and purifying the mind, body, and soul.

Whether you’re experiencing joy and fulfillment or moving through deep grief and disconnection, this healing day is a powerful opportunity to discover, transform, and awaken as we come together and let our souls lead the way.

First-time breathers: Please arrive by 9:30 AM.

We anticipate finishing by 6:00 PM, but please understand that when working with spirit and sacred ceremony, timing may flow a bit later. This is a full-day event, and attendance for the entire day is required.

Lunch and snacks
Water bottle
Two towels you don’t mind getting dirty
A journal

Jeremy Pajer is truly a master of transformation and a leader in the field of personal freedom. He has spent 20+ years dedicating his life to spiritual growth and the healing arts. He has a practical, down-to-earth, fun, and loving approach to transformation and helping people embrace their humanity.

Stephanie Urbina Jones is a powerful dreamer and artist of life. Once this shamama sets her intent on something, she almost always brings it to life and has fun doing it. She is a visionary seer and regularly walks between the worlds. She considers this normal and believes she has an army of Mexican angels (led by her Abuelita Virginia) that guides and guards her life and career.
