There are moments in life when we realize something must change. We begin to feel the call to break free from old patterns, limiting beliefs, emotional wounds, and the stories that have kept us small. This immersive one-day transformational workshop is designed to support participants in awakening their authentic power, reconnecting to truth, and stepping courageously into a more empowered way of living.
This experience is divided into two powerful and complementary journeys. Participants may choose to attend either portion individually, though we highly recommend experiencing the full day for the deepest transformation and integration.
The first portion of the workshop will take place from 9 AM to 4 PM and will focus on Toltec teachings and Sacred Journey Breathwork led by Jeremy Pajer and Stephanie Urbina Jones of Freedom Folk & Soul. Drawing from ancient Toltec wisdom, participants will explore the power of awareness, self-inquiry, and personal transformation. Through teachings, reflection, guided practices, and breathwork, individuals will begin uncovering the root causes of what may no longer be working in their lives.
The Sacred Journey Breathwork experience is designed to help participants move beyond the thinking mind and access deeper layers of healing, clarity, and inner knowing. Breath becomes the bridge between the conscious and subconscious, allowing participants to release stored emotions, limiting beliefs, and energetic blocks that may have been holding them back. This portion of the workshop invites profound self-awareness, emotional release, and reconnection to one’s authentic essence.
The second portion of the workshop will take place from 6 PM to 10 PM and will feature the Sacred Firewalk led by Jeremy Pajer and Jennifer “Jennifire” Sullivan. Firewalking has long been used as a sacred ceremonial practice symbolizing transformation, courage, surrender, and empowerment. Participants will be guided through teachings, preparation, intention-setting, and empowerment exercises leading up to the firewalk experience.
This portion of the workshop is not simply about walking across hot coals. It is about confronting fear, challenging the beliefs that have limited us, and stepping beyond perceived boundaries. Whether a participant chooses to physically walk on the fire or not is completely unimportant. There is immense healing and transformation simply in being present within the energy of the ceremony and participating in the process itself. Every participant is encouraged to honor their own path and inner guidance.
Toltec Teachings and Toltec Sacred Journey Breathwork:
Led by Jeremy Pajer and Stephanie Urbina Jones of Freedom Folk & Soul, this immersive daytime experience combines ancient Toltec wisdom with Sacred Journey Breathwork to guide participants into deeper awareness, healing, and self-discovery. Through teachings, guided inquiry, meditation, and breathwork, participants are invited to examine the stories, beliefs, and patterns shaping their lives. The Toltec path teaches us to move beyond illusion and reconnect with authenticity, truth, and personal freedom. Breathwork serves as a powerful tool to access the subconscious mind, release emotional blocks, and awaken deeper clarity and insight. This experience is designed to help participants reconnect to themselves, discover what may no longer be serving them, and begin creating new pathways rooted in empowerment, compassion, and conscious living.

Sacred Firewalk Experience:
The Sacred Firewalk, led by Jeremy Pajer and Jennifer Sullivan (“Jennfire”) of Jennifer “Jennfire” Sullivan, is a powerful evening ceremony focused on empowerment, courage, and transformation. Participants will be guided through teachings, intention-setting, and experiential exercises designed to help challenge fear and dissolve limiting beliefs. Firewalking symbolizes stepping beyond perceived limitations and trusting in one’s inner strength and spirit. Whether a participant chooses to walk across the coals or simply witness and participate in the ceremony, every individual can receive profound healing and transformation through the experience. This sacred gathering creates a supportive space to release fear, reconnect with personal power, and embody courage in a new way. The invitation is not about proving anything, but about remembering the strength, resilience, and wisdom already alive within.

Jeremy Pajer is truly a master of transformation and a leader in the field of personal freedom. He has spent 24 years dedicating his life to spiritual growth and the healing arts. He has a practical, down-to-earth, fun, and loving approach to transformation and helping people embrace their humanity.
Stephanie Urbina Jones is a powerful dreamer and artist of life. Once this shamama sets her intent on something, she almost always brings it to life and has fun doing it. She is a visionary seer and regularly walks between the worlds. She considers this normal and believes she has an army of Mexican angels (led by her Abuelita Virginia) that guides and guards her life and career.
Jennifer "JenniFire" Sullivan is a writer, mentor, and advocate for personal transformation who helps people navigate life’s biggest transitions with courage and compassion. Through her writing and coaching, she shares insights on healing, self-discovery, caregiving, divorce, spirituality, and rebuilding self-worth. Jennifer’s work encourages others to embrace authenticity, practice self-care, and create lives rooted in resilience, purpose, and personal empowerment.
