Mary expertly handles all details related to registration for our Journeys and Trainings.  She has experienced many of Freedom Folk and Soul’s programs in including The Toltec Medicine Wheel of Transformation and Ministerial Training.

Mary began her pursuit of personal growth and development shortly after starting college. Along with a cohort of other curious and growth-minded students, she was taken under the wing of a dedicated college professor and introduced to a wide range of tools and philosophies.

She has hungered for growth ever since and pursued many avenues, including yoga, meditation, ayurveda, Buddhism, and studying astrology. It wasn’t until Mary found breathwork that she finally found the tool to give her access to her trauma so she could begin working with it.

 

Mary is profoundly grateful for this and her teachers.

 

Mary is a Shamanic Minister and Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator and is Reiki I, II, and III certified.
